Yesterday, a new addition came into our lives. Her name is Leighton Reese and she was born at 8:30 pm, March 13, and was 7 lbs 10 oz and 21 inches long. Mother and baby are doing great (though dad is still a sobbing mess) and were rockstars throughout the whole process. This papa couldn't be prouder of his girls and the way they worked together to make a family of 2 into a family of 3. Here are some pictures of the incredible waterbirth at our home. Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers throughout this whole process...the energy was incredible in our place throughout the whole labor and delivery because of them. Welcome to the world Leighton, you'll always be my little girl.
